Kenneth R. Netardus is a shareholder with Sprouse Shrader Smith, P.C. whose practice areas include commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation, and trademark and copyright law. He has more than 16 years of litigation experience. Since he moved to Amarillo in 2001, a substantial portion of Kenneth’s practice has involved agricultural litigation, commercial litigation, and oil and gas litigation, as well as trademark and copyright law. Although he handles major cases in state and federal court, he also counsels clients on a wide range of complex commercial issues. Kenneth’s litigation experience provides him with the insight necessary to advise and assist his clients in connection with agri-business, contract and business negotiations, oil and gas matters, intellectual property issues, and pre- and post-suit dispute resolution in a variety of areas.
