Laura L. Hale is an associate with Sprouse Shrader Smith, P.C. whose practice focuses primarily on oil and gas transactions, real estate law, and corporate transactions. She has prepared numerous title opinions for properties located throughout the State of Texas. She has also assisted her clients in the purchase and acquisition of leases and lands. Additionally, Laura has worked with clients on numerous oil and gas related agreements and refinancing matters. Laura also has experience in the area of labor and employment law.
