M. Wayne Cummings has been of counsel with Sprouse Shrader Smith, P.C. since 1991. His practices focuses on oil and gas law. His career has included serving as general attorney, vice president, general counsel and secretary of the oil and gas unit of Diamond Shamrock Corporation. He also served as an officer and director of Diamond Shamrock Offshore Partners, L.P. At Shamrock, Wayne practiced corporate law in domestic, international, and offshore oil and gas activities.
