Alex Yarbrough appointed to State Board of Texas’ Pattern Jury Charge Committee for Malpractice, Premises, and Products.

The President of the State Bar of Texas recently appointed Alex Yarbrough as an advisory member of the State Bar of Texas standing committee on Pattern Jury Charge – Malpractice, Premises, and Products. The Texas Pattern Jury Charge is used by judges and lawyers throughout Texas to formulate their summaries of law and questions of fact to the juries.
