Brantley Jones
Biography & Practice Distinctions
Brantley Jones is among the few attorneys in Texas with experience litigating groundwater disputes — a growing need among clients. He has been on the ground floor of this practice area for over a decade, gaining deep experience in groundwater law and conflicts with the regulatory bodies governing groundwater production. He also handles appeals and general litigation, including commercial disputes, oil and gas litigation, and personal injury cases.
Brantley enjoys the competitive nature of litigation as well as its research aspects. He seeks to gain a thorough understanding of his clients’ businesses and industries to help solve their problems.
Outside of the courtroom, Brantley spends time outdoors with his wife and son — camping, hiking, hunting and fishing. He also has a home-built lab for his photography hobby.
