Biography & Practice Distinctions

Donna Z. Peck focuses on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as estate administration involving large and/or complex estates. Clients appreciate her ability to explain their estate plans in an understandable way, making the process far easier than they anticipated. She greatly enjoys getting to know clients and helping them achieve their family goals.

In addition to representing numerous individuals, corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate and estate administration matters, Donna has provided consultation to other law firms and accounting firms regarding complex estate planning, trust administration and tax reporting issues. She has assisted with estate and trust litigation and represented clients in negotiating a conservation easement.

Donna is kept on the run by her three active teenagers and their sports and school activities. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles and gardening.
