Biography & Practice Distinctions

Evan Adams Johnson combines creative communication, empathy and practical problem-solving to make a meaningful difference in her clients’ lives.

Growing up in rural West Texas and working in a family agricultural business taught Evan the importance of hard work, integrity and community — values that guide how she serves clients. She focuses on understanding each client’s story and crafting solutions that reflect both their goals and the realities they face.

Evan’s practice encompasses a wide range of civil and family law matters. She represents clients in divorce, child custody, conservatorship and adoption proceedings.

In addition to her family law practice, Evan handles insurance defense matters and defends governmental entities — including cities, counties, and law enforcement agencies — in civil rights litigation. Her experience also includes representing clients in personal injury cases, agricultural issues, and complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.

Outside her legal practice, Evan enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing and playing music, snow skiing, hiking, and photographing the landscapes of West Texas and the Panhandle.
