Taylor Kelley
Biography & Practice Distinctions
With his ability to speak both “private equity” and “feedyard,” Taylor Kelley is uniquely positioned to help clients navigate the recent entry of large institutional investors into the agribusiness sphere. He is equally effective and comfortable communicating with white-shoe firm lawyers and ranchers alike, and relishes the thrill of negotiation.
Taylor’s practice focuses on agricultural business formations, acquisitions and divestitures. He also acts as de facto general counsel for many companies that don’t have in-house counsel.
