Evans & Yarbrough attend BNSF Conference

Andrew Evans and Alex Yarbrough recently attended the BNSF Railway Company Litigation / General Claims Conference hosted by the BNSF Railway Company. The Conference focused on a diverse range of issues affecting the railway industry.

Andrew Evans has represented railroads in various litigation matters for almost 20 years. Andrew recently obtained a defense verdict for the BNSF Railway Company. The jury deliberated less than an hour before returning the verdict in favor of the railroad. The case involved the Federal Employers Liability Act, one of Andrew’s areas of expertise. Andrew received a personalized miniature locomotive award in recognition of his defense verdict.
