Litigation Attorney
Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC, a full service regional law firm with offices in Amarillo, Austin, Dalhart, and Victoria, Texas is seeking a 3-5 year litigation associate to join our civil litigation practice group. This position is available for our Amarillo Office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic. Sprouse Shrader Smith offers an excellent compensation package that includes top of market base salary and a multi-track bonus plan, individual healthcare, 401K with a firm match, PTO and more.
Requirements include:
J.D. from accredited law school with strong academic performance
Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
Superior analytical skills
Exceptional writing, research, and oral communication skills
Enjoy working as part of a dynamic team
Key Compensation Components:
Annual salary for 3-5 year associate: $120,000-$130,000 per year
Individual annual performance bonus: up to $50,000
