Shyla Buckner Presents at Estate Planning & Probate Drafting Course

Shyla Buckner presented at the 27th Annual Estate Planning & Probate Drafting Course in Dallas, Texas. The conference, which was held October 6th and 7th, covered a range of topics including drafting for property agreements, formula clauses, separation and divorce, as well as several other practice areas. Mrs. Buckner presented “Drafting Matters in Light of IRS Form 8971 Basis Reporting” to approximately 350 attendees. Ms. Buckner is Texas Board of Legal Specialization certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law as well as a Fellow of the American College of Trust Estate Counsel.
