As an Associate with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC, Doug Brooking’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, entity formations, and commercial and residential real estate foreclosure and conveyance. Doug has experience drafting a variety of contracts, purchase and sale agreements, security agreements, real estate conveyance documents, and mechanics liens in the construction and oil and gas industries. He also counsels property owners through real estate matters and negotiating energy contracts. Outside of the office, Doug enjoys trail running with his husky, golfing, and traveling the world with his bride. Doug is also involved with several Amarillo non-profit organizations, including Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Ducks Unlimited, and Family Support Services.
