Josh Kundert is an Associate at Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC specializing in civil, criminal, and bankruptcy litigation.
Josh graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin before going on to attend Marquette University Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Marquette Law Review. After completing his education, Josh served as a law clerk under Judge Lee Ann Reno of the Northern District of Texas and Chief Judge Alia Moses of the Western District of Texas, where he gained valuable insights on litigation practice in federal and state courts.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys gardening, road trips, the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with his wife, Maria, and their two dogs.
