Practice
Michelle Sibley is a Member with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC. Her practice focuses on oil and gas transactions, real estate law, and corporate transactions. She has practiced law since 2004, handling a variety of corporate transactional and energy industry matters. She assists clients with the formation, purchase, or sale of corporations, as well as contracts, partnerships, and company agreements. Michelle is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Oklahoma, where she assists clients in a variety of legal matters.
