Zanowiak presents at CLE

On April 16, 2021, the Texas Bar CLE presented “Handling Your First (or Next) Trust.”  The event was held virtually.

Mindi Bozeman Zanowiak, Of Counsel attorney with Sprouse Shrader Smith, presented “What Your Trust Does and Doesn’t Do.”  This 50 minute presentation covered the key components of a trust, 13 common misunderstandings about trust in general, and 13 special purpose trusts.
