Zanowiak Appointed to State Bar Committee

Sprouse Shrader Smith is proud to announce the appointment of Mindi B. Zanowiak as a Member of the State Bar of Texas Minimum Continuing Legal Education Committee.  This committee works to evaluate and encourage the development of high quality continuing legal education activities statewide.  Ms. Zanowiak and the committee will review proposals for accreditation of an activity such as a conference or presentation, specifically when a proposal is questioned to consist of legal education or ethics within the definition of the accreditation standards.  This process can be intellectually challenging.  The 2022 objectives also include streamlining course formats and changes in regulation to allow individual attorneys to apply for out of state online courses held live.  Ms. Zanowiak’s 3 year term will begin June 2022.
