Biography & Practice Distinctions

Zachary Zimmer is a proud Panhandle native committed to adding real value to the ideas and ventures that drive this community forward. As part of the transactional team at Sprouse Shrader Smith, he fuels his clients’ ambitions to grow their enterprises with sound legal counsel and business insight. He also works closely with small businesses to navigate the legal issues they encounter in their operations.

Zachary is a businessman first. His academic background in economics — combined with experience owning a small business in Amarillo — has given him unique insight into his clients’ needs. He understands that, for them, legal work is a means to an end, and provides solid counsel beyond the black letter of the law.

Outside his legal practice, Zachary enjoys golfing, hog hunting, and watching the Arkansas Razorbacks win. He notes that he is not good at these hobbies, and the Razorbacks rarely win, but “we ball regardless!”
