Baylor Law Review Article

Marvin W. Jones & C. Brantley Jones, both of the Sprouse Shrader Smith law firm, were recently published in the Baylor Law Review for their article entitled “The Evolving Legacy of EAA v. Day: Toward an Effective State Water Plan.”  The article outlines recent legal developments in groundwater law, including the Texas Supreme Court’s 2016 holding in Coyote Lake Ranch v. City of Lubbock, pertaining to the application of oil and gas law to groundwater issues.
