Firm Announces New Appointments

Sprouse Shrader Smith PC has appointed 2 Shareholders and 3 New Associates within the firm.

Laura Hale, Shareholder, is located in our Amarillo office. Her main areas of practice include Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Corporate Transactions, and Labor & Employment Law. Ms. Hale received her education from Texas Tech University School of Law and has been with the Sprouse Firm since 2004.

Bill Russell, Shareholder, is the lead attorney at our Victoria, Texas office which opened last year. Mr. Russell is a well-seasoned attorney with years of experience in Business Law, Business Planning and Disputes, and Municipal and Local Government Law. He has been practicing law since 1980.

Malerie Anderson, Associate, is a recent graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law who will be practicing in areas of Commercial Litigation, Trial & Appellate, Insurance Defense and Personal Injury. Alicia Daugherty, Associate, graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law and is currently practicing in Agriculture and Agribusiness, Real Estate and Oil and Gas. Matthew Jensen, Associate, is practicing Oil and Gas, Corporate & Securities, Real Estate, and Banking & Financial Services. He is a graduate of University of Oklahoma College of Law.
