Massouh Presents at 10th Annual John Huffaker Agricultural Law Course

John Massouh recently spoke at the 10th Annual John Huffaker Agricultural Law Course. John is a Member of Spouse Shrader Smith who specializes in agricultural related issues representing feed yards, livestock procedures, livestock dealers, farmers, ranchers, agricultural vendors, and financial institutions in a variety of disputes and bankruptcy matters involving debt collection, cattle care and feeding, lien disputes, grazing issues, fraudulent transactions, and all aspects of agricultural lending. John’s presentation focused on issues involved in agricultural bankruptcies, including a recent bankruptcy decision from the United States Supreme Court, Husky International Electrnic, Inc. v. Ritz. In that decision, the US Supreme Court redefined the term “actual fraud” under the Bankruptcy Code. John is recognized as one of the leading attorneys in Texas specializing in agricultural law.
