Sprouse Team Participates in International Negotiations

Attorneys Joel Howard and Bill Russell, and paralegal Shari Fox, recently returned from their third trip to Vietnam. The Sprouse team was key in the negotiations for construction and funding of hydro power projects on behalf of American investment bankers and an American construction firm based out of Victoria, Texas. The completion of this project will provide electricity for the growing Vietnamese economy. Along with the hydro power project, the Sprouse team is also involved in funding and construction negotiations of
hospitals and airports in Asia and assisting Asian manufacturing companies in building manufacturing facilities in the State of Texas.
