Andrew R. Evans is a civil trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts. Andrew regularly represents clients in estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation matters, including will contests, estate and trust administration issues, and officer and director liability. He has prosecuted and defended cases involving officers and directors of companies, executors, administrators, trustees, and financial advisors. Andrew also has extensive experience in business and commercial litigation. He represents individuals and companies in matters involving breach of contract, tortious interference, loss of business opportunities, fraud, purchase and sale of assets, and covenants not to compete. Andrew has tried many cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, transportation (railroad, trucking, and automobile), and real estate disputes with favorable results. He also has extensive experience representing governmental entities such as cities, counties, and law enforcement agencies in civil rights matter.
