Practice
Courtney McWhorter is a Member with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC in Austin, Texas where she represents clients in all aspects of real estate and municipal regulatory law, with an emphasis in land use and real estate development, and oil and gas transactions. Courtney also assists clients with general corporate transactions. Her work includes title examination, drafting oil and gas leases, real estate agreements, land use planning, development application processing, and purchase agreements.
Courtney grew up in a small town outside of Austin. She earned her J.D. in 2012 from St. Mary’s University School of Law, and her Bachelor’s of Business Administration, cum laude, in 2009 from Texas A&M University. Courtney is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New Mexico.
