John Irwin is a Senior Counsel with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC. His primary practice areas include oil & gas and farm & ranch real estate. Mr. Irwin has practiced law in the Texas Panhandle for over 40 years. He has represented oil and gas producers, landowners, and financial institutions in matters including oil & gas, oil & gas leases, surface use agreements for bank trust departments, loan documents, and farm & ranch and oil & gas real estate-related transactions. John has extensive experience in oil & gas title examination preparation of oil and gas leases and surface use agreements. He has also lectured and written in the field of oil & gas law.
John enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He is avid mountain biker and hiker.
