Before teaching, she was a shareholder at Sprouse Shrader Smith PC from 2003-2004 and a partner at Gibson, Ochsner & Adkins, LLP, from 2000-2003.
Shyla is a frequent speaker for the State Bar of Texas continuing legal education seminars and other professional groups.
