Practice
Taylor K. Kelley is a Member with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC whose practice focuses on corporate transactions, business entities, real estate, and oil and gas. He focuses on the representation of companies in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Taylor has significant experience in representing financial institutions and individual lenders with respect to secured lending transactions and debt collection. He also assists companies in the oil and gas industry with due diligence title examination.
Taylor is Co-Chair of the firm’s Agriculture & Agribusiness Practice Group. He regularly represents farmers, ranchers, feedyards, and other agricultural institutions. In 2018, Taylor was a part of the Sprouse attorney team who represented affiliates of Pinnacle Asset Management, LP in the purchase of the worlds largest cattle feeder. The approximately $200 million purchase included 11 feedyards and over 900,000 head of cattle, and over 600 personnel.
Taylor is an Amarillo native. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, skiing, and spending time with his wife and 2 beautiful daughters. Taylor is also involved in several Amarillo area non-profit organizations, including the Opportunity School, the Discovery Center, and WT Foundation.
