Kimberly N. Warminski is a Member with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC whose practice focuses on oil and gas, real estate, banking, corporate transactions, business entity formation, wind energy, and groundwater transactions. She has extensive experience in the areas of oil and gas title examination, land sales and acquisitions, wind lease negotiations, wind development title due diligence, groundwater sales, and general real estate and banking matters.
Kimberly joined Sprouse Shrader Smith in 2005 after receiving her JD from Texas Tech University School of Law. In her spare time, she serves on the Chamber Music Amarillo Board of Directors and the Colorful Closets Board of Directors.
