Zachary is an Amarillo native who came back home after earning his B.S.B.A in Economics from the University of Arkansas and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. He’s proud of where he’s from, knows the people and the culture, and is committed to adding real value to the ideas and ventures that drive this community forward.
Zachary practices law as a part of the transactional team at Sprouse Shrader Smith where he zealously advocates and works alongside clients on a variety of matters concerning Oil and Gas, Securities, Bankruptcy, Entity Formation/Corporate, and Real Estate law.
Zachary is a businessman first. He understands that legal work is a means to an end, and that end is connecting with clients to navigate the legal landscape in furtherance of their venture.
When not zealously advocating for clients, Zachary is either golfing, enjoying the outdoors, or watching the Arkansas Razorbacks lose
