Firm Welcomes New Associate Attorney Christine Vizcaino
Sprouse Shrader Smith is pleased to announce our newest associate attorney, Christine C. Vizcaino. Christine is an experienced labor and employment attorney. She has assisted employers on best practices including policy drafting and implementation, reductions in force, employee handbooks, terminations, wage and hour issues, as well as employee classifications. Christine is also available for management training in workplace investigations, sexual harassment, employee leave, and EEOC compliance. She has represented employers in all phases of litigation and has appeared before the TWC, OESC, EEOC, DOL and OSHA. In addition, Christine has successfully litigated harassment claims, wrongful discharge, retaliation, and discrimination before both state and federal courts.
Christine graduated with honors from Oklahoma City School of Law in 2011. In her free time, Christine enjoys traveling, Texas Tech football, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
