Firm Welcomes New Tax Attorney
Sprouse Shrader Smith is proud to announce the addition of a new Associate Attorney, Adam L. Trimble. Adam received his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law in 2016 followed by his Master of Law (LL.M.) from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2017. Adam joins the Amarillo office where his primary focus is to assist clients with individual and business tax issues, the formation of entities, executive compensation plans, and the purchase or sale of a business.
Prior to joining the Sprouse law firm, Adam worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ National Tax Services office in Washington D.C. He assisted PwC practice offices around the nation with partnership matters including review of LLC agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and tracking of funds used in corporate and partnership transactions.
A Colorado native, Adam and his wife recently moved to Amarillo from Washington D.C. Adam is an avid marksman, golfer, and hiker.
