2019 Executive Committee

Sprouse Shrader Smith, a full service regional law firm with offices in Amarillo, Austin, and Victoria, is proud to announce the firm’s 2019 Executive Committee. J.F. “Jack” Howell III and J. Brad Hickman have been elected and will serve as the Firm’s 2019 Executive Committee.

.F. “Jack” Howell III is board certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Howell’s specialized client service includes assisting client’s with their tax minimization strategies in business organizations, transactions and agribusiness, as well as wealth preservation planning through liquidity and diversification.

J. Brad Hickman is a real estate and business attorney with deep experience in negotiating and drafting contracts including real estate purchase and sale agreements, loan and securities documents, oil and gas leases, and construction agreements. Mr. Hickman is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
