New Appointments for the Firm

Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC has appointed the firm’s 2017 Executive Committee as well as a new Member.
The Executive Committee will consist of John F. Massouh as President, Michelle L. Sibley as Vice President, and Christopher L. Jensen as Secretary. John has been with Sprouse Shrader Smith for over 10 years and assists clients in the areas of agriculture and agribusiness, banking and financial services, real estate, business and commercial litigation as well as bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. Michelle Sibley’s practice is dedicated to oil and gas, real estate, and corporate transactional law. Christopher Jensen assists clients with issues pertaining to commercial litigation, appellate cases, power and utilities, water, oil and gas, and condemnation/eminent domain.
Taylor K. Kelley has been named a Member within the firm. Taylor joined the firm in 2009 as an Associate and practices in theareas of real estate, business entities, corporate transactions, and oil and gas law. Taylor is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law.
