Eric Gomez is an Associate with Sprouse Shrader Smith PLLC. His primary practice areas include real estate purchases and sale transactions, land use planning and development services, and commercial litigation. Eric also assists clients in navigating the regulatory environment of municipal, county, and state agencies to secure permits and licenses required for development. Before joining Sprouse Shrader Smith Eric was in management for the City of Austin’s Development Services Department, and was a Prosecutor for Comal County.
When Eric is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family in Dripping Springs, fishing around the state, and working on his company, Leviathan Outdoors, Inc., which manufactures, sells and distributes high-end fishing rods across the country.
